Worthville Baptist Church in Worthville, KY is searching for a part time Worship Leader. Our church is located in Carroll County, just under an hour from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. The Worship Leader of Worthville Baptist Church will be a musically gifted individual, who will provide leadership and organization for the musical worship ministry of the church.
Position Description
The Worship Leader will:
Serve under the general leadership of the pastor and work in cooperation with him to plan and carry out the worship services of Worthville Baptist Church.
Be responsible for organizing the musical worship for the Sunday morning service on a weekly basis. This will include having weekly practices with other musicians within the church who will also be participating in the musical worship.
Lead the members of Worthville Baptist in musical worship as other opportunities/needs arise (such as revivals, worship nights, etc.).
Help the church to raise up others (especially our younger generations) to serve the church in musical worship.
