'Must-see' virtual worship conference scheduled Aug. 1

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (KT) – The Resourcing Worship Virtual Worship Conference is a "must-see opportunity" for worship leaders throughout the state, says Kentucky Baptist Convention Worship and Music Consulta Jason “Bubba” Stewart.

The conference is scheduled for Aug. 1 and includes nearly 70 breakout sessions with some of the best faculty from around the world. The cost is minimal and the value immense, he said.

“Since the state worship and music consultants knew that our worship leaders would not be able to go to worship conferences, we decided to go virtual and bring the worship conference to them,” said Stewart, who will be one of the presenters. “I would hate to see anybody miss out of this opportunity that has been put together specifically for their benefit.”

This conference has been crafted to help the smallest of the small Southern Baptist Convention churches and to help the largest of the large. The price is right, too, with individual tickets going for $20 and groups of five or more pay only $15 apiece. That includes an all-access 90-day pass to view all of the material used during the conference.

Dr. Marc Brown of First Baptist Church Mt. Washington said the conference “looks like the best ever” and “much better than anything I’ve paid money to go to.”

Brown added: “No conference has breakouts as significant and timely as this one with experts who are more knowledgeable.”
